This was probably the best “buying a car” experience I have had to date. Zach was a gentleman and very polite. He even gave my kids some Hot Wheels. We really appreciate all the help from Zach, Nate, and Chad. They were informative and easy to talk to. It was nice to have answers to all my questions. I would definitely recommend them!

My wife's 2021 Honda Passport had an unexpected early complete failure of the rear differential. The vehicle was 6,000 miles past the warranty which concerned us deeply. We have always maintained the vehicle per Honda's maintenance plan and we were surprised that it failed. We had the vehicle towed to Weatherford Honda for an examination of the differential and figure out a plan. Ken was assigned as our Service Advisor for the repair. He was superb. He was very professional, kept me informed on the status of the vehicle, and submitted the repair to Honda Corporate under a Good Will repair request because the vehicle was only a few miles past warranty and had been maintained by Honda. We were looking at a possible repair bill of over 6K which was very stressful. Ken was able to get it approved and we had the vehicle repaired at very minimal cost to us. HUGE SHOUTOUT to Ken, Weatherford Honda and Honda Corporate for stepping up and doing the right thing. When we are ready to replace this Honda, we will be picking our new one up at Weatherford Honda 👏👏👏

Adam helped my parents get a new car a year and about 6 months ago, and I wasn’t till today I thought about leaving him a glowing review. Hers why my mom’s battery died, she made the mistake of going to the Honda in Burleson where the service people pushed her to parts to buy a new battery. Although the battery was under a 100 month warranty. After calling and speaking with Adam he gave me the info I needed, and because of that conversation I was able to get the Burleson Honda to refund my mom her money back. If you need a trustworthy sales man who will have your back even after buying the car Adam is your guy!

Jason and the team he surrounds himself with are Amazing. I have sent 5 people to this dealership that have all bought cars. The honesty and transparency from each person has been exceptional. I had my oil change done there today and I will say it was first class service from the time I opened the door. It started with Jeremy the Service Manager greeting me as I walked in and helped me get everything going, then Vinny did my oil change and just because I did he helped me with something else because I tend to beat to my own drum, but while my car was in service I managed to make my way over to Preston. I had dealt with him earlier this week when helping a young lady find her first car, then I had to say hello to Javier who was exceptional with a first time buyer financing, then I was heading back to the service department when I heard a hello and that was from Jason. I went on into his office and visited him and then a friend showed up that had also bought a car from them from my referral and we both chatted with Jason. I always say leadership and accountability starts at the top and the integrity Jason has for the dealership and the Parker County community is top notch. No, I do not drive a Honda but I will take my car there to be serviced and I will always recommend Jason and his team when anyone is looking for a car or service. Thank you Honda of Weatherford. While I did not have an encounter with the other 2 exceptional people today, I also want to give a shoutout to Lamont and Barry. They are top-notch as well and I am honored to know them.ifykyk ♥️
